I came in for an oil change. Procedures to waiting in lobby changed, you can now sit in your car while they perform the oil change! Pretty easy and convenient. They always have quick and friendly service. **EDIT 1 week later** I came back with a $10 coupon they gave me towards a wash, I kid you not, my fiancé & i have been trying to open our trunk for the last month and it just would not open.... SOMEHOW one of the guys just OPENED MY TRUNK.... saved me $130 diagnostic at Jeep. Thank you!!!

This was a very nice experience I enjoyed watching the car get clean. I got base plus interior and when we pulled up the person there was very friendly and even drew a smiley face on the window (it came off). The wait was very nice as I could see our car getting vacuumed out and all shiny! They also give the choice of an air freshener spray I did Jasmine it’s not the best. Written by my daughter.

I am very satisfied with Mr. Car Wash. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. They did a great job and made the whole experience pleasant. I would definitely come back and highly recommend their service.

I cannot think of anything Mister Car Wash can do to improve the quality of the car wash. Everything is perfect. I get the titanium exterior wash and I am always very impressed about the way my car looks after the wash. The customer service is also very good.

I have been to Mister Car Wash before and have generally had a good experience with external and internal cleanings. However, I was worried about whether my current visit to Mister Car Wash would be just as good as the last time as sometimes the service is inconsistent. Not this time. With the snowstorm coming to Lancaster, the outside of my car was full of dirt and debris and ice melt as well as the inside of the car having lots of dirt debris and needing overall attention. I chose the base plus interior/exterior wash detail for $34. The exterior and interior clean went beyond my expectations as the interior cleaning workers took extra time with my car as it probably needed it and were overall very friendly and kind throughout my entire visit to this location. I will certainly be coming back and will even be considering getting a membership! A job well done :-)

We were going for a quick car wash , they had the system down and then instead of turning us around to leave they said to come in and have a free car wash. Once we got out some guys were waving good bye. I was surprised with the great service
